Dear Sir,
I often walk around Aycliffe Parks and Great Aycliffe Way with my grandchildren and a couple of dogs. Recently however, this hasn’t been a pleasant experience
On Tuesday evening I was walking behind the TA center on the Aycliffe Walk when a foul mouthed teenager set upon this poor lady with her young children.
I can honestly say in my 67 years I have never witnessed a young girl use so much foul mouthed language. The young children were clearly very upset and I begin to wonder what up bringing they get and are her parents proud of this behaviour. These kids must pick up this foul language from them.
I take my young grandchildren to parks near to where I live, but they seem to be home to lots of swearing teenagers who just meet and swear at each other!
The park has a sign to say no over 5’s allowed in this park, but these youths are around 15 year old. Do we have wardens to check on these parks? If so they need to step up and visit them more often. Bring back bobbies on the beat !!!
