Greenfield Arts encourage creativity and positive wellbeing through their programme of exhibitions, events, projects and activities. This season we have continued to offer opportunities to help people explore ideas and think about the world around themselves.
The Men’s Cree group have continued to find ways to meet up regularly in a safe and welcoming environment at Greenfield Arts. Cree is a group of male volunteers who work on a variety of projects to benefit the community which also contributes to their own wellbeing. Their achievements often continue to impact upon the community long after their initial involvement. They have renovated spaces, created little free libraries and produced installations and artwork that can be enjoyed by people throughout the region.
Recently the group have been exploring new possibilities and reflecting upon the current climate. The sessions have been inspired by artists Bethan Maddocks and Paul Theo Murray who have supported the group to explore new ways forward and how they can be instrumental in positive change.
