Construction work is progressing well at a new housing development in Wynyard.
Bellway is building a total of 138 new homes at Regency Manor, off Wynyard Woods, including a mix of four and five-bedroom houses.
The site officially launched to the public last year, and 25 plots have now been completed, with building works set to finish by 2022.
Sales Manager for Bellway Durham, Darren Pelusi, said: “A thriving new community is really starting to form at Regency Manor, which is great to see.
“Residents who have already moved here love its peaceful rural setting, superb road links and the fact there are a number of well-regarded schools in the area.
“The properties at Regency Manor have been designed with a range of buyers in mind, from growing families to professionals, and there has been interest from people both living locally and further afield.
“There are two showhomes for visitors to explore at Regency Manor, so I would encourage house-hunters at all stages of the property ladder to head down to the sales centre, which is open daily, to see what this attractive new development has to offer.”
Bellway is offering a variety of schemes at Regency Manor to help buyers secure a quick and hassle-free move.
Part Exchange allows customers to buy and sell in one move, meaning they don’t have to find a buyer for their existing property can avoid costly estate agent’s fees.
Alternatively, buyers can use the Express Mover scheme, which involves Bellway working with a recommended local agent to help market the buyer’s existing home.
