Geoff Scott from Keep Moat homes paid a visit to our school last week.
The children in Reception Class have been reading the story of the Three Little Pigs and learning about their houses built with straw, sticks and bricks.
The construction corner is full of Lego and building blocks ready for them to construct their own buildings and homes like the new houses going up at Elder Gardens.
Geoff has provided the class with hard hats and hi-vis jackets for them to wear whilst ‘on-site’ in the building corner. He also gave them a wooden play tool set to help them build.
We are really grateful to him and Keep Moat homes for their contribution to our work in school.
