Sedgefield Water Polo Club recently travelled to Cheltenham for a mixed 2005 born outdoor water polo festival. This was not only the first time the club had entered this festival but it was also the first time our players had the opportunity to participate in matches outdoors on a lovely summers day! The team played really well and came away with a very well deserved bronze medal after a packed day of tough games; losing only one game by one goal during the entire day.
A massive well done to coaches Dave and Kate and a huge thank you to all the parents for making the long journey down South to give their kids this fantastic opportunity.
