Two skaters travelled to Kettering to compete in The British Championships Dance Event on Saturday 22nd June.
In Tots, skating at her first dance chanpionships, Iris Comerford came 10th in Compulsory Dances, 7th in Freedance Skating to Tango Roxanne and Final Result 9th.
In Minis, Jazzmyn Loring came 16th in Compulsory Dances, pulling up to 12th in Freedance with a Lord of the Dance Routine and Final Result 13th.
“We are so proud of the girls who are excelling in their sport and having lots of fun too. To compete at this level is a fantastic opportunity at such a young age and these two children are ambitious and determined to reach their goals.”
The club train at Shildon Sunnydale Leisure Centre and have beginner lessons on Thursdays 4.30-5.30pm, £4.
