Greenfield Arts were delighted to invite members of the community to take part in free bespoke creative workshops. Led by artist Graham Stead, Cree groups explored ways to express themselves through art and creativity. The activity was inspired by the current exhibition ‘A Creative Life’ which showcases the work from staff at Greenfield Community College. The groups were able to visit the exhibition and appreciate the many skills and attributes involved in producing the range of artwork and craft on display.
Members of both Eldon Cree Group and Greenfield’s Men’s Cree Group were offered the opportunity to explore aspects of their own experiences which the created into new artworks. The results were fabulous and inspired group members to continue their creativity by enrolling on further courses at Greenfield Arts.
