On Friday 22nd June, children from the Nursery at Sugar Hill Primary school visited Adventure Valley near Durham. They all took the opportunity to be ‘Farmer for the Day’, where they had a tractor ride and were able to hold and stroke various animals including goats, rabbits, insects and lizards.
The fine weather held until the early afternoon when rain meant the children went inside to enjoy the indoor play area. All the children had a wonderful time and are still talking about it in their Nursery classes now.
