Last Sunday the Turbinia pub in Newton Aycliffe held the first annual Joe Ewin Darts Memorial Tournament. It’s to be an annual event and this year £200 was raised and donated to the Wishing Well Club last night.
It was a wonderful gesture as the club relies heavily on donations to keep going. The club would like to convey their thanks to the organisers and Gary Soakell the pub landlord for their generosity.
Gary and orgnaiser David Armstrong are in the picture donating the money to the club at their meeting at the PCP Centre.
