Owned by Alan Rees, of School Aycliffe, who has over 20 years construction industry experience which started at Cleveland Bridge in Darlington back in 1996. Alan has since worked in the aluminium curtain walling / glazing industry and the insulated render / cladding industry.
Using this experience CDS can provide advice, ideas and design services for any domestic or commercial project that you have in mind.
Recent work includes single / double storey extensions, new build detached garages and change of use from offices to residential.
Using industry standard Autocad software and the online planning portal we can provide you with a fast and efficient service. Site visits are available but information and documents can be transmitted by email when site visits are impractical or inconvenient.
