The South West Durham REME (Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers) Association had the pleasure of donating to the very worthwhile local charity SUPPORTIVE.
The branch made a presentation to John Davison the Chief Executive Officer and Clair Wood a Snr Carer, whose father Arthur is a member of the association and suggested this years charity fund raiser beneficiary.
The money was raised by members of the REME association from various fund raising event held throughout the year.
Mr. John Davison said; “We are extremely grateful to the REME Association for their kind donation which will benefit our charity greatly.”

The cheque was presented at the Aycliffe Scout Centre, which is where the REME association hold their meetings.
