I am writing to raise awareness concerning the superb service offered by The Village Pharmacy run by Mr Alisdair McConnell.
Alisdair and his team of dedicated staff always go the extra mile to provide a personal and efficient service. I have a profoundly disabled child on many different preparations of medication including specially ordered syrups and different nebulised medication. She often needs urgent antibiotics and the staff go way beyond the call of duty in even delivering items on their way home.
The regular delivery staff are so polite and friendly and having this service is a Godsend as it is hard for me to collect medication.
Alongside the staff at the Jubilee Medical Group most especially Vikkie, the pharmacy has ensured speedy delivery of urgent medication for my child.
I feel very grateful to such a dedicated team and would like to thank them publicly.
In this day and age where there is often poor customer service the Pharmacy team restore your faith in the kindness and goodness of people.
