At approximately 0320hrs on Saturday 9th June 2018, a vehicle was set on fire in the Sugarhill Crescent area of Newton Aycliffe.
At this time, two males were seen to run away from the scene, both were described as white males, approximately 16 years old.
One of the males was wearing dark clothing, the other was wearing a blue hoody and grey jogging bottoms.
Two males with similar descriptions were seen in Woodham at around 0500hrs the same morning.
