A date for a Public Meeting has been fixed to discuss a Residents’ Association for Aycliffe Village.
Great Aycliffe Residents’ Association has a mission to form these groups in all areas in Great Aycliffe and will lead the debate, outlining the many advantages and opportunities in bringing the community together with help from outside funding.
A leaflet drop has been arranged to encourage people to attend and volunteer for office as Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer along with people to sit on a Management Committee.
The meeting will be held on Tuesday, 3rd July at 6.30pm in the Village Hall.
