Newton Aycliffe based strength and conditioning gym ‘CrossFit All Out’, has recently introduced weekly Sunday afternoon 50+ classes in an effort to meet the needs of older individuals.
These sessions that were started in the New Year are led by coaches Allen McGee and Dan Boulton, and they are specifically designed to cater to all fitness levels and are constantly varied. Many older individuals are becoming less able due to the fact that their activity levels are low.
Here at CrossFit All Out we want to promote a healthy and active lifestyle for all, so individuals can live a strong, able life for as long as possible.
Our new 50+ sessions not only offer functional training at a mild to moderate intensity, but they also provide a great opportunity to socialise with others who likewise, want to improve the quality of their lives.
Current members ages range from early 50’s right up to 82 year old Alan who is the gym’s oldest member as pictured here with coach Dan Boulton.
