A former member of 1407 (Newton Aycliffe) Squadron Air Cadets has swapped his RAF uniform for a naval one.
Aaron Robinson, who is 20 and from Newton Aycliffe, has completed his phase 1 training at HMS Raleigh winning the Royal Naval Association Trophy for his positive contribution to training.
He will now be starting his trade training and we wish him well for his future career.
