The next “FEEL GOOD FILM SHOW” at St Clare’s Church, on TUESDAY 3rd NOVEMBER, features the powerful, exciting drama “ELMER GANTRY” starring Burt Lancaster (Oscar Best actor), Jean Simmons, Arthur Kennedy, Shirley Jones (Oscar best supporting actress) and Patti Page.
A Charismatic con-man stumbles on a Christian revival meeting and sees that he can hustle money there more easily than in saloons.  He also falls for the saintly Sister Sharon but the past is going to catch up with them both.
Tea, coffee and juice are served at 1pm, included in the £2, children £1, and the film starts at 1-15pm.
