Dear Sir,
On one of my many walks around our town usually via footpaths I came across the dog waste bin at Ross Walk on 22nd September.
It was full and overflowing and a disgusting sight as shown in the photo. Dog owners are obviously trying to do the right thing, but the Council are not helping!
Surely it would be better to have larger poop bins or empty them more often than once a week. This is a terrible eyesore close to the park area and it would only take a mindless vandal to make it worse.
