Jonathan Lumb, Deputy Headteacher at Woodham Academy, will become the new Headteacher at Darlington’s Education Village in September.
Jonathan joined Woodham Academy five years ago and has previously worked as an Assistant Headteacher at Framwellgate School and Head of PE at St. Leonard’s in Durham.
During his time at Woodham Academy, Jonathan has taught both PE and mathematics. He has shown tremendous commitment to students and has been instrumental in developing the excellent quality of teaching at Woodham Academy.
Woodham Academy Headteacher, Christine Forsyth, says “We would like to thank Mr. Lumb for everything he has done for Woodham Academy and wish him every success in his new role.”
