Lifeline Community Action (LCA) holds its first Baby Basics Giveaway at the Western Area Community Centre on 11th May 2015, from 9.30-11am
Alwyn White and Linzi Nicholls from the Helping Hands Project are busy again helping parents struggling financially by organising the event. Alwyn said ‘its an exciting time of expansion for our charity. We know that we can reach even more people working from this venue’
Dorothy Bowman is delighted to hold the first ever baby basics event in the Western Area Community Centre. She is looking forward to assisting Alwyn and Linzi so that together we can help new parents at a very important time in the lives.
There will be clothing, baby equipment, and some toys. If families are particularly struggling then they can also arrange to pick up a household pack.
