Fourteen Air Cadets from 1407 (Newton Aycliffe) Squadron recently completed the St Johns Ambulance Youth First Aid course. The weekend of training saw them learn CPR, bandaging, situation management and many other potentially life saving skills. Each cadet will receive a badge for their uniform as recognition of their hard work. Some of the cadets will get to put their new skills to the test at an upcoming First Aid competition.
