On Saturday 1st September Yackley Clay Target Club are holding a Charity Shoot at White Quarry, Middridge in aid of a local charity “takeadayout” who offer short break experiences for carers of children and adults who need a short break or a few days away. Sometimes a break doesn’t mean going anywhere it could be having space and time at home to relax.
Chairman of Yackley Clay Target Club Tony Hackett says “our club has been established 32 years, and we wish to give something back to the community,”
The event starts at 11 o’clock and parking is provided along with transfer into the grounds.You will be introduced to gun safety by our CPSA safety officer Gavin Perry before beginning to shoot 25 Clay Targets (use of guns and cartridges included) Afterwards participants return to Cobblers Hall Pub for lunch and live entertainment with 3 bands commencing at 4pm until late – all for £22.
