Credit due to the Town Council and volunteers for a fresh approach to care of West Lakes.
However, that could have given much needed work experience for local unemployed, with a Woodland Management and Environmental Care project, paid for by a 2p or 3p levy on our precept.
Old Labour would have done that, why not New Labour?
