Woodham Golf Club staff are shown here cleaning out the lake nearest the 18th Hole as part of the ongoing work to improve the course. It is a mammoth task with the removal of over 200 tonnes of sludge and weeds.
As at every water hazard on a golf course, numerous lost golf balls are being found and the intention is to clean them and sell them in aid of charity. The owners report much progress is being made to the course and the clubhouse. They thank golfers for their kind comments and hope all the improvements being made will make their golfing experience at Woodham more enjoyable.
