Workshop Supplies is proud to be celebrating its 17th anniversary and to mark this occasion are having a Trade Day on Wednesday 4th June with many great ‘on the day’ deals.
Workshop Supplies was established in 1997 by family members Tony, Elaine and Darren Harrop and for the first few years the business ran from Tony and Elaine’s garage at their home. Darren took the responsibility for mobile sales and delivery covering an area as far as North Yorkshire, Cumbria and Northumberland.
On the back of this success in 1999 twins in the family, Mark and Phil joined the family business and opened ‘Workshop Supplies’ at St. Cuthbert’s Way on Aycliffe Business Park.
With a lot of hard work and determination the business has grown year on year and in 2003 sister, Jaki Reynolds, joined the team making it a true family business, adding close friends Simon Elliot and Richard Ross as sales staff.
Workshop Supplies has gone from strength to strength supplying everything from fasteners and fixings to hand & power tools, janitorial products and pretty much anything a business needs and wants.
Not only to do they sell to large national companies such as Gestamp Tallents, Husqvarna and Finley Structures, Workshop Supplies is also OPEN TO THE PUBLIC so there’s no need to get in your car and drive to Bishop Auckland or Darlington when this shop is right on your doorstep offering you all their products at trade prices!
