Dear Sir,
Please note that the  County Durham Bus Maps website (Pinder) after stating the 116 service being withdrawn have without any announcement put up a new timetable for the 116 service starting on the 6th of January 2014.
Although it looks unchanged as to the times it is now being run by JSB.  The timetable is available online and I found it on 7th January 2014.
It only stated it was being withdrawn and did not mention a new servcie was taking its place.
