Quality is at the heart of everything we do and that includes the environment of our bedrooms and communal areas. Everything is geared towards achieving positive outcomes for the people who live in our homes and this major investment is making a real difference to our residents.
“The home looks fantastic and we have had lots of positive comments from our residents’ relatives, visitors and members of staff about the work that has been completed. Most importantly, our residents coped well with the refurbishment and are settling in to their new-look surroundings.”
