Dear Sir,
Would the white haired gentleman in a cap and coat, who was hovering outside my front gate on Thursday 3rd October, and then trespassed on to my property at around 7.15pm; note that all your actions were caught on CCTV and you were also seen by several people who were passing by whilst walking their dogs.
Not only did you hover outside my gate, trespass onto my property and open my front door, but you were also caught standing on the public footpath on the opposite side of the communal green, watching my house for several minutes.
You were also aware that you let my dogs out, because they were in the hallway at the time and when you opened the front door they ran after you down the path. They barked a little, but, luckily for you, they are soppy dogs. Dogs of a different disposition entirely may have bitten you and it would have been entirely your own fault.
If a similar incident occurs again, I will have no option but to involve the police and you would easily be identified through the CCTV footage.
P Dowd,
Bluebell Close.
