Dear Sir,
So, some bright spark has decided that cleaning grass cuttings up from pathways and roads is not good for the environment and the answer is to simply leave it! It trails into peoples houses, cars, etc and, quite frankly, looks a mess, when the cuttings start getting into drains and floods are the end result, which is then bad for the environment?
Or, is the truth simply a cost cutting exercise?
