The children from St. Francis’ School got such a treat to visit the South Shields beach. We enjoyed burying our feet in the sand before having our lunches together on the beach. We then enjoyed an ice cream with the money donated from Unite and Gestamp, we had flakes, sprinkles and a choice of sauce, they were delicious! Thank you again to Unite and Gestamp for your kind donation.
Before we headed home we had a splash in the sea! Some children were very brave and even went for a swim. It wasn’t long before we were back on the bus and heading back to school. The children were fantastic and we had such a fun day!
