Newton Aycliffe Youth Football Club celebrate their 30th Christmas as a Youth Football Club and are an F.A. Charter Standard Community Club, the highest charter standard achievable, and one of only 30 Youth Football Clubs who have achieved Charter Standard Community Club status in County Durham.
Every coach is CRB checked and is qualified to a minimum Level One FA coaching badge; are trained first aiders and have a Safeguarding Children Certificate.
We are one of the largest Youth teams in County Durham with over 300 players and we have won numerous awards over the years recognising the great work we do.
We offer football for boys from 4 years old through every age group to our men’s U23 team and for girls from 4 years old through every age group to our women’s team.
We offer football to all abilities, having several age groups with 2 teams to ensure football for all.
On Sunday 15th December, our very successful Wildcats girls development section had their annual, end of term, in house tournament, with over 20 girls showing the skills they have learned whilst attending our weekly sessions. The girls entertained a large following of parents at Greenfield College, before having their Christmas and New Year break.

The club is committed to keeping our monthly subscriptions as one of the lowest in the county whilst still providing strips and training wear, annually at no extra cost to parents, we have, for our sole use, the best match day pitches and facilities on the town and our winter training venues ensure we train in safe and secure facilities without having to travel out of town. The dedicated group of coaches and volunteers continually strive to improve the club and will continue to offer the best coaching to our players, giving them the best chance to go as far as their dreams take them.
If the child is good enough, the professional league clubs will continue to knock at our door, as will many Northern League sides including Newton Aycliffe FC, ensuring that there will be no closed doors to stop your child fulfilling their potential.
The links with Durham Wildcats Women’s League Team ensure that our girls have an equal opportunity to progress through to professional football.
