Description of Activities: If you are in year 8 or above, up to the age of 17, and want adventure, qualifications and fun then the Air Cadets is for you! We offer a huge range of activities including flying, gliding, target shooting, hill walking, rock climbing, mountain biking, model making, camps on RAF stations and various sports. You can gain recognised awards and certificates including Duke of Edinburgh’s Awards, BTecs in music, aviation and personal development and leadership, HeartStart and St John’s Youth First Aid. All of this while gaining leadership and teamwork skills, boosting your confidence and making friends. Take a look at our website for more about what we do.
