Newton Aycliffe Youth Football Club have received a generous donation from Honest John to help the club cover the costs of providing Winter Training for their 21 girls and boys teams The Club spotted in the Newton News that John was looking for good causes for a Christmas donation, the club applied outlining how the children would benefit by having safe and suitable facilities. Club Secretary Berni Borsberry commented “ Winter Training Facilities is by far the single biggest cost for our club. To receive this donation helps the club to keep weekly subscriptions affordable for everyone.
